Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness and accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance: No charge. Cancellations within 48 hours: A 50% fee of the total service cost will apply. No-shows or cancellations on the day of service: Full charge will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
